We woke up this morning thinking we would be getting ready for church but to our surprise found out everything was canceled for the day due to Ike! We had trees and power lines down all over town. We were without power ourselves for about an hour. Who knew that Ike could make it that far inland and still be classified as a tropical depression?? We had a few limbs down in our back yard but no damage. The house down the street had a tree fall on their carport. Crazy, Crazy!!
