Yesterday we took the kids out for a day at the Nature Center. The first thing they always want to look at is the alligator. Usually he is just sitting on his rock and you wonder if he is even real. Every once in a while you will see him blink. However, yesterday it seems he had found a new friend. I don’t know about you, but I think that is one brave turtle. Center You should check it out. They have a lot of neat things for the kids to do. They have one room with a puppet theater where they can put on their own puppet show. There is another room where they can see birds up close. There is also a movie about Crowley’s Ridge with special effects like an earthquake that shakes the whole theater. And the best part is that it is FREE!
